Mike is responsible for the development and operation of the client services group for the Marsh Management Services office in Bermuda. In this role, he oversees all client deliverables and drives ongoing client service standards and SOP’s; manages the efficient use of resources; and develops the growth and retention strategies for the client service group. He also acts as a senior relationship officer for key clients and manages the implementation of relevant strategic initiatives.

Mike has over 30 years’ experience in all aspects of insurance and risk management. Prior to joining Marsh, he was risk and insurance manager for two major construction projects in the mining industry in Western Australia. His career spans roles within the captive industry in Bermuda, Singapore, UK, Hong Kong and Australia and he also worked as a broker in the Sultanate of Oman for three years. He began his career working as a broker in the Lloyd’s and London company markets.
