Jim founded Amethyst Captive Insurance Solutions in 2011, a captive insurance management and consulting firm. Prior to forming Amethyst, he was an EVP and Practice Leader at the Willis Captive Practice in the US and also previously worked for Marsh, Ernst & Young and KPMG.
