Glenn has operated in the Risk Management and Insurance Industry for more than 35 years. Latterly he has worked for international insurance carriers, Zurich and AIG providing captive underwriting solutions to national and multinational organisations from most parts of the globe.

He also spent a number of years as a Lloyd’s broker with Sedgwick/Marsh and Bain Clarkson/Aon, where he worked closely with clients and specialised in the design and placement of multinational and captive insurance programmes for Property, Casualty and Financial Lines insurance classes.

Glenn moved from broking to risk management in 1989 when he joined the telecoms company BT plc where he became a Risk Manager for the group and a Director of their in-house insurance broker. During this period, he was involved in every aspect of risk management and risk financing, including: Risk Identification, Evaluation and Mitigation, Risk Financing, from self-funding mechanisms to multinational insurance programmes and including Captives and ART.

 

Glenn is a member of the UK's prominent risk management and insurance organisations, Institute of Risk Management and AIRMIC, where he a specific focus on captives.
