Emma has 18 years’ experience in the insurance industry and has held numerous position in underwriting, sales and distribution, and operations. Emma has led Zurich’s UK captive team based in London since 2017, having joined the team in 2010 and is responsible for developing Zurich’s captive fronting, ART, and other risk sharing solutions for domestic UK customers as well as international customers coming into the London market.

 

In her time at Zurich, she has worked closely with some of Zurich’s largest and most complex customers, with a focus on designing and delivering bespoke multi-line, multi-year captive solutions, both domestically and internationally.
