Carol Duong has over 10 years of risk management and insurance experience and is currently a Senior Risk Analyst for Subaru of America, Inc. At Subaru, she is responsible for the marketing of their Casualty Insurance program and various loss control activities. In addition, she manages the claims, financial and underwriting aspects of Subaru’s captive insurance program. Prior to her role at Subaru, she was an Associate Claims Consultant for Conner Strong & Buckelew.

She graduated from Temple University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Risk Management. She holds the following certifications: Associate in Risk Management (ARM), Associate in Claims (AIC), RIMS-Certified Risk Management Professional (CRMP), and Associate in Captive Insurance (ACI).
